The program chief guest was Shivasatakshi Ward Chairman Kehar Singh Basnet and program president was Bhawani Prasad Dangal, Chairman of the organization. Accounts Supervision Committee Coordinator Krishna Raj Katuwal, Ward Chairman Kehar Singh Basnet, Chairman of the organization Bhavani Prasad Dangal and others expressed their views.
